How A12 Services Group BV, trading as indrukwerkend.eu, handles your personal data.

1. Who we are

This website, indrukwerkend.eu, is operated by A12 Services Group BV, with registered office at Nielsestraat 139/C, 2850 Boom, Belgium. A12 Services Group BV is the data controller for the personal data collected via this website.

For any questions about this policy or about your data, you can contact us at info@indrukwerkend.be or by phone at +32 3 265 77 85.

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you provide to us yourself, via the forms below on this website:

  • Quote form / shopping cart: the products you put together (e.g. a logo design, brand identity, or small or large format printing) with desired quantities, sizes and materials, files or reference images you supply, name, e-mail address, phone number, company name and VAT number (if applicable), and any comments.
  • Contact form: name, e-mail address, phone number, your message, and any attachment.
  • Booking an appointment: name, e-mail address and the details you enter yourself in the booking calendar (via TidyCal, see point 5).

We never collect more data than necessary for the purpose for which you provide it to us, and we never ask for sensitive data via these forms.

3. What we use your data for, and on what legal basis

  • To handle your quote or contact request and communicate with you about your project, based on the explicit consent you give by confirming the checkbox on the form, and to perform the agreement that arises once we accept your order (see our terms and conditions).
  • To comply with our legal and accounting obligations (e.g. invoicing), based on a legal obligation.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see point 7).

4. How long we keep your data

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purposes above. Specifically:

  • Quote and contact requests that do not lead to an order: a maximum of 2 years after your last contact with us, unless you request deletion earlier.
  • Data linked to an actual order or invoice: for as long as legally required for our accounting (in Belgium, typically 7 years).

5. Who we share your data with

We never sell your data to third parties. The quote and contact forms on this website are sent directly, via our own, self-managed e-mail system, to our internal e-mail address; no external form processor or marketing tool is used for this. For booking an appointment online, however, we do engage the following service provider:

  • TidyCal: processes your data when you schedule an appointment online via "Book an appointment".
  • WhatsApp (Meta): only if you click the WhatsApp button on this website yourself, after which the conversation continues via WhatsApp in accordance with Meta's privacy policy.
  • Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited): only if you accept analytics cookies via the cookie banner, see point 6.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.): anonymised visitor statistics (pages visited, referring website, country, device type). This happens without cookies or other storage on your device, and without individually identifying or tracking you across websites, which is why no consent via the cookie banner is required for this.

These parties may only use your data for the purpose for which we engage them, and not for their own commercial purposes.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA: TidyCal is an Australian company and Meta is a US company; processing of your data by these parties may therefore (partly) take place outside the European Economic Area (in Meta's case, only if you choose that channel yourself). These parties provide appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

6. Cookies and local storage

This website uses cookies. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit.

Necessary cookies and local storage: only to remember your cookie preference, so the notice doesn't keep reappearing. In addition, this website uses the same kind of local storage on your device (not a cookie, but similar "local storage") to remember which products you've put together in your shopping cart, so this is kept while you continue browsing the website. This data never leaves your own device, is not shared with us or third parties, and is strictly necessary for the website to function — it does not require consent.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): we use Google Analytics to measure how many visitors our website has and how it is used (e.g. which pages are popular), so we can improve the website. These cookies are only placed after you accept them via the cookie banner that appears on your first visit. Google Analytics may place, among others, the following cookies:

  • _ga: distinguishes unique visitors, retention period 2 years.
  • _ga_<container-id>: keeps track of your session status, retention period 2 years.

This data is processed by Google Ireland Limited and may therefore (partly) be processed outside the European Economic Area; Google provides appropriate safeguards for such transfers. More information can be found in Google's privacy policy.

You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link at the bottom of every page; this brings back the cookie banner and lets you accept or decline analytics cookies again.

7. Your rights

Under the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • request access to the data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • request the deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), insofar as we are not legally required to retain it;
  • object to the processing of your data;
  • withdraw previously given consent at any time;
  • receive a copy of your data in a portable format (data portability).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@indrukwerkend.be. We will respond within the legally required timeframe.

8. Filing a complaint

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can always file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (GBA), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels: www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be. We would of course appreciate it if you contacted us directly first, so we can resolve it together.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when this website gains new functionality. The most recent version is always available on this page.
