Frequently asked questions about contact and quotes
How quickly will I get a reply?
On business days (Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm) we aim to respond within 24 hours. Requests submitted over the weekend are handled the following Monday.
Is a quote free and non-binding?
Yes. Requesting a quote costs nothing and does not commit you to anything. You decide for yourself whether to place the order after receiving the quote and design proposal.
Can I also visit without an appointment?
We recommend booking an appointment in advance so we can set aside time for you. Without an appointment, someone may not always be available for an in-depth conversation.
I have an urgent job. Is that possible?
Often, yes. Clearly state your deadline in your request and we'll tell you honestly whether it's feasible within your timeframe.
I don't know exactly what I need yet. Can I still get in touch?
Absolutely. Describe your project and what you want to achieve, and we'll advise you free of charge on which approach or technique fits best.
Do you also work with larger print runs or businesses?
Yes. Besides individuals and startups, we also work with SMEs and larger companies, from a single business card to a complete brand identity with matching print work.
